Mother Nature continues to show her wrath! Is your organization and employees prepared?
This year, many organizations experienced significant outages attributed to the turbulent winter weather. This year served up organizational resiliency challenges in many parts of the country with record cold weather in the Midwest and upper Midwest, wildfires in the Southwest, snow storms across the northern half of the country, tornado outbreaks in the Midwest and Central regions and heavy rains along the gulf. Now we are moving forward in the tornado, hurricane, severe weather, drought and other calamities that Mother Nature conjures for us in the spring, summer and fall. On Tuesday, February 5th, tornadoes touched down in five different states, killing 55 people!
